How do I register for a race?
Choose the race you want to join, pick a distance, fill in runner details and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email right after registering.
Can I cancel or get a refund for my ticket?
Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable, except when a race is cancelled by the organizer. Please check the specific policy in our Terms of Service.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Some races allow ticket transfer via the "Transfer" feature in your account, before the organizer's deadline.
How do I get my BIB and race kit?
Pick up your BIB and race kit at the Race Expo before race day, bring a valid ID and your registration code.
