1.4. Information about races, organizers, and participating individuals on [BIBCHUNG.PRO] must be transparent and accurate. Events and programs presented must fully comply with legal regulations and not fall under cases prohibited from business or advertising.

II. DEFINITIONS

2.1. Race Organizer (OR): A business entity, organization, or individual using [BIBCHUNG.PRO]'s services to register, promote races, and manage ticket sales.

2.2. Race Participants (Customers/Athletes): Individuals who seek information, register, and purchase tickets through [BIBCHUNG.PRO].

2.3. Members: Includes both race organizers and race participants who have registered accounts on [BIBCHUNG.PRO] and are recognized by the system.

2.4. Services: Includes, but is not limited to: event ticketing portal, electronic waiver system (E-Waiver), race kit distribution check-in system, ... and other services implemented on the [BIBCHUNG.PRO] platform.

III. TRANSACTION PROCESS

3.1. For Race Participants

Step 1: Search for and refer to race information on [BIBCHUNG.PRO].

Step 2: Select the race, ticket type, distance, and number of tickets (individual, group, or corporate).

Step 3: Fill in all registration information as required by each race.

Step 4: Choose a payment method and complete the payment.

Step 5: Receive registration confirmation via email (e-ticket, QR code).

Step 6: Sign an electronic liability waiver (E-Waiver) if required by the race.

Step 7: Arrive at the race location, present the QR code to check in and receive your race kit.

IV. PAYMENT METHODS

4.1. [BIBCHUNG.PRO] supports the following online payment methods: Bank transfer (VietQR, QR code scanning). E-wallets: MoMo, ZaloPay. International cards: Visa, Mastercard. Other payment gateways are integrated on [BIBCHUNG.PRO].

V. TICKET DELIVERY POLICY
